3.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 AI Chart Analysis

Premium subscribers have access to our AI-powered chart analysis feature. This feature is subject to daily usage limits, which may vary based on system capacity and your subscription tier. AI analysis is provided as an educational tool and does not constitute financial advice.

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. • Any trading losses incurred as a result of signals, analysis, or content provided on the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or analysis provided.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Extended periods of inactivity.
• Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees already paid. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Emirate of Fujairah, UAE.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts or to the venue of such courts.
